
Anger Management Program
We provide structured course designed to help individuals understand and manage their anger more effectively. These programs are often mandated by a court, employer, or other authority as part of a rehabilitation process or workplace improvement plan.
Program Structure
During the program, we provide :
- Assessment:
- Initial evaluation to identify triggers, patterns of anger, and the impact of anger on the individual’s life.
- Education:
- Understanding what anger is and how it works.
- Recognizing physiological signs and emotional triggers.
- Identifying unhealthy patterns of behavior.
- Skill-Building:
- Stress Management: Techniques like deep breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation exercises.
- Communication Skills: Learning how to express feelings assertively, not aggressively.
- Conflict Resolution: Strategies to resolve disputes calmly and effectively.
- Coping Mechanisms: Replacing destructive reactions with constructive responses.
- Therapy and Support:
- Group sessions or one-on-one counseling.
- Sharing experiences and learning from others.
- Role-playing exercises to practice new skills.
We provide 2 days intensive program and 3 weeks program depending on the severity of the issue and the requirements of the referring authority. We would like to help you improve self-control and emotional regulation, support you with better interpersonal relationships at work or home.
